A construction site without a real perimeter is an open invitation, and not just to theft. Materials staged for the next phase, tools left overnight, trenches and foundations mid-pour, all of it sits exposed to anyone walking by, and on a lot of jobs that exposure is also a liability problem the second someone wanders in who has no business being there. A city or county inspector expects to see a secured perimeter before they sign off on the parts of the job that depend on it.

The rental scope covers chain link fencing for the run of the perimeter, secure gate access sized to whatever equipment needs to move through it, and perimeter control solutions to keep foot traffic where it belongs. Where a site needs it, we add intruder deterrent fencing on top of the standard run rather than treating every job the same.
The panels and gates come from the same crew that builds permanent fence for Pasadena homeowners and businesses, so the workmanship on a temporary run is not a lesser version of what we do on a permanent one. We size the perimeter to the site plan, not to a standard panel count, which is why a job with an odd-shaped lot or a phased build does not end up with gaps or overlap nobody planned for.
