About us
Forty-five years of fence line, one family, one town.
Pasadena Fence Co. is family owned and operated, and has been setting fence line on this side of the Houston ship channel for over four decades. The crew that walks your property for an estimate is the same crew that comes back if something on that fence needs attention later.
Southeast Harris County, the ship-channel side
Forty-five years is long enough to have fenced a fair share of Pasadena more than once, and to have watched the surrounding towns grow into the ones we now list as our service area: Deer Park, La Porte, South Houston and Pearland. Being family owned and operated means the name on the estimate, the name on the invoice and the name on the yard sign are the same, and have been for a long time.
That length of time in one place changes how the work gets done. We are not learning this ground for the first time on your job. The clay, the drainage, the way a property line sits against a ditch or a bayou lot, all of that is already known before the truck shows up for the estimate.

What the one-year warranty actually covers
Every installation carries a one-year warranty on materials and labor, not materials alone. If a post settles wrong or hardware fails inside that first year, it gets made right without a second bill. That promise is paired with a habit we do not bend on: upfront, written pricing before work begins, with no hidden fees added once the crew is on site.
On repair work specifically, that same standard shows up as a quality match guarantee, meaning we match your existing materials and style as closely as the supply allows rather than patching in whatever is on the truck that day.
Gulf Coast clay, and why the footings are the whole job
Materials get specified for Gulf Coast conditions and built to withstand Texas weather, and that is not a line we add for the website. Ground around Pasadena moves with the rain in a way that drier parts of the state never have to plan for, which means footing depth and post spacing carry more of the job here than the fence panel itself does. A fence built to a spec written for somewhere drier will lean, and it will lean fast.
We spec footings and post depth for this soil on every job, whether it is a backyard cedar run or a commercial perimeter line, because that is the part of the fence nobody sees again once it is finished, and the part that decides whether it is still standing straight in five years.

The crew and the credentials
Pasadena Fence Co. is owned by Dennis Everett, a licensed fence contractor and a member of the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce. The company has been accredited with the Better Business Bureau since 2008, and every job is carried out licensed and insured. On the coordination side, jobs that touch other trades or other projects on the same property tend to run through Jaden, whose job is making sure the fence crew's schedule lines up with everyone else's.
The company mark has read the same two words under the name for decades: Commercial and Residential. It is not a slogan, it is a description of the day. A back-yard cedar run in the morning and a cantilever gate on an industrial perimeter in the afternoon are the same crew, the same warranty and the same written price.
